Colleen Dixson
Region I Director
Colleen Dixson is AHEPA Senior Living’s Region I Director, overseeing 23 properties in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
Colleen started her career with AHEPA Senior Living in 2009 as a property manager in Boardman, Ohio and earned a promotion to area manager, overseeing three properties. In 2019, she was promoted to regional manager.
Colleen started her property management career in 2000 as a leasing consultant in a large property management firm. She went on to serve as a property manager for a 120-lot mobile home park.
Colleen also served as a supervisor in a plastics plant for 19 years prior to starting her property management career.
Dixson attended Kent State University from 1991-1993, majoring in Business Management. She also attended ETI Technical College in 2000 to obtain her Real Estate License.
