Financial Reports & Accountability

AHEPA Senior Living, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to responsible stewardship of every dollar entrusted to our mission. Our board of directors upholds rigorous standards of financial management, ensuring that resources are directed toward what matters most: providing safe, affordable, and dignified homes for older adults across the country.

Responsible stewardship is not simply a compliance obligation — it is an expression of the values that have guided AHEPA Senior Living for more than 40 years. Every dollar we manage reflects a commitment to the residents who call our communities home.

Our Stewardship in Practice

Financial accountability is most meaningful when it is connected to real outcomes. In 2025, AHEPA Senior Living’s Service Coordinators facilitated more than $1.58 million in coordinated support for residents — including $784,252 in meals and nutrition assistance and $259,122 in energy aid.

These outcomes represent the direct return on the resources entrusted to our organization. Every dollar managed with integrity becomes support for an older adult who might otherwise go without a meal, lose heat in winter, or face a health crisis without guidance. That is what responsible stewardship means at AHEPA Senior Living.
