Our Quality Assurance Management Team provides expert quality assurance reviews, consultation, and online training throughout the United States within HUD guidelines.

HUD has placed increased emphasis on the recommendation of Quality Assurance (QA) third-party reviews for HUD affordable housing. We provide quality assurance services and online training to approximately 130 service coordinators throughout the country. With our extensive training and feedback, your service coordinator will be able to expand their professional skills, thereby creating the highest quality residential programs. Their reviews will be Consistent, Compliant, and Confident. We partner with service coordinators to operate within your company policies while abiding by HUD guidelines. Each service coordinator’s confidence and empowerment will provide exceptional, supportive services to your communities.
