*FISHERS, Ind. — * AHEPA Affordable Housing Management Company (AMC) congratulates Lucinda Nolet, a service coordinator at AHEPA 39 Senior Apartments, Haverhill, Mass., who earned an appointment to serve on the City of Haverhill’s Housing Task Force. Haverhill Mayor James J. Fiorentini appointed Nolet on August 13, 2021.
“We commend Lucinda on her well-deserved appointment to serve on the city’s Housing Task Force,” AMC President and CEO Steve Beck said. “The Task Force will assess the city’s affordable housing needs, and Lucinda is extremely well-qualified to serve. She is passionate about the issue and the residents we serve. She will be an asset to the Task Force.”
“I thank Mayor Fiorentini for the opportunity to serve, and I am really pleased to be involved with the Task Force,” Nolet said.
Service coordinators ensure residents are linked with the supportive services that allow them to live independently and age in place.
AHEPA 39 Senior Apartments is a 54-unit affordable supportive housing for the elderly community administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 202 program that serves very low-income seniors aged 62 and over. It is located at 40 Buttonwoods Avenue, Haverhill, MA 01830.
