AHEPA Management Acquires Second Florida Property
AHEPA Affordable Housing Management Company (AMC) has acquired AHEPA 18 Senior Apartments, a 98-unit affordable senior housing community located in West Palm Beach, Fla., effective April 1, 2022, announced AMC President and CEO Steve Beck. AMC purchased the property from AHEPA 18, Inc., and will continue to manage it.
