Ideally located on the northside of South Bend, AHEPA 100 II Senior Apartments is a new, 3-story, 72-unit community for very low-income seniors, ages 62 and older, that is subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program.
