AHEPA Senior Living Names Jeff Thomasson Chief Financial Officer

Financial leader brings cross-sector experience in nonprofit, real estate, and operational finance

FISHERS, IND. (April 27, 2026) — AHEPA Senior Living today announced the appointment of Jeff Thomasson as Chief Financial Officer.

In his role, Thomasson oversees AHEPA Senior Living’s financial strategy, accounting, IT, and reporting functions across its enterprise, including its Hellenic Senior Living assisted living brand, to support continued growth and long-term sustainability.

“Jeff brings a strong financial background and a practical, solutions-oriented approach,” Chairman of the Board Ike Gulas said. “His experience strengthening financial systems and supporting operations, especially in the nonprofit space, will be an asset as we continue to expand our mission.”

Thomasson joined AHEPA Senior Living in January 2026. He brings nearly a decade of executive financial leadership experience, including five years with The A Team Consulting and four years with mAccounting. He served as CFO, Senior Controller, and Technology Specialist, providing financial oversight and operational support to a diverse client portfolio.

His experience spans the not-for-profit, real estate, professional services, eCommerce, and manufacturing sectors. He has focused on strengthening financial reporting, improving internal controls, and leveraging technology to streamline operations.

Earlier in his career, Thomasson spent a decade in financial leadership roles in the manufacturing sector, including with Heartland Sweeteners and Snyder’s-Lance, supporting operations associated with the Pop Secret brand. He also helped improve accounting and financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Thomasson resides in Fishers, Ind., with his wife, Mandi. They are the proud parents of five children.
