With our long-standing relationship with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), we can navigate administrative roadblocks that typically bring delays to less experienced developers.

The use of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program has become more common. ASL can navigate the complexities of the LIHTC process. We provide guidance, sponsorship, and a genuine committed approach to development services from the pre-LOI stages of the due diligence process through to closing.
