Jennifer Parks

Director of Service Coordination

Jennifer Parks serves as AHEPA Senior Living’s Director of Service Coordination, a position held since June 2023.  She joined ASL as a Service Coordinator in August 2019 and earned promotion to Quality Assurance Manager in April 2022.

Jennifer is a graduate of Indiana University. She has worked the gamut of the multifamily housing industry, from low-income to luxury apartments, for most of her career.

Jennifer is passionate about helping people. She is actively involved in her local Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association whose motto is “Vets helping Vets.” She has been a part of several charitable organizations in the community that collectively have raised more than $500,000 in the past 10 years.

Jennifer believes that communication is key to any working relationship and encourages her team to always practice open communication in work and in home life. Education is also very important to her. She thinks that education is a gift that no one can take away, and that is the beautiful thing about it.
