Toni Sehon
Director of Compliance
Toni Sehon earned promotion to become AHEPA Senior Living’s Director of Compliance in February 2023. In her role, she oversees compliance for ASL’s affordable independent and ASL’s Hellenic Senior Living affordable assisted living communities.
Toni joined ASL in 2015 as an office assistant. She soon earned several promotions, becoming a property manager for ASL’s independent living community in Daytona Beach, Florida, prior to serving as assistant director of Compliance in February 2022.
Toni is certified in HUD and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance.
