Steve joined AHEPA Senior Living in 2019.
Steve brings to AHEPA Senior Living a unique business perspective as leader of public and privately held companies in three industries. This broad scope of experience provides Steve with an ability to help AHEPA innovate, to grow and evolve.
Prior to joining AHEPA Senior Living, Steve served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Brookdale Senor Living when the company went public. He played an instrumental role in the development and implementation of their operating and sales platform engaging strategies to grow Brookdale Senior Living from the ground level to be the largest senior housing provider in the country today.
Steve also served as President of Whitco Residential, a national multifamily company where he developed and operated luxury and affordable apartments across the country from California, to Connecticut, and from Denver to Texas and Florida.
Steve started his career with Westin Hotels and Resorts in Seattle and subsequently worked in several large metropolitan cities nationwide.
Steve is a graduate of Washington State University.
