Rory Neubrander
Vice President of Development
Rory Neubrander joined AHEPA Senior Living as Vice President of Development in September 2023.
Rory joins us with over 20 years of experience in affordable housing development, most recently as Vice President for a real estate firm that operates and reinvests in affordable communities where he focused on the acquisition of Section 8 properties for rehab using the low-income housing tax credit. In addition to affordable housing, he possesses experience with the development of market rate housing and assisted living communities. During Rory’s extensive career in the industry, he has served in a developer role, as a financial analyst, and in managerial positions.
Rory is a graduate of Wright State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA.
