Mark A. Paul, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Mark A. Paul, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of AHEPA Senior Living, a position he has held since May 2024.

With over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, Mark began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Indianapolis. His extensive background includes senior financial roles at prominent companies such as Steak ‘n Shake and JP Morgan Chase Mortgage. Most recently, Mark served as CFO at Keystone Senior Living, where he managed financial operations for over 2,000 independent, assisted, and memory care units across nine states.

Mark is passionate about AHEPA Senior Living’s mission to provide safe and affordable housing for seniors. He is dedicated to ensuring that our financial processes and reporting align with this mission, serving the needs of our residents, employees, board members, and regulatory bodies effectively.

Mark is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He has served voluntarily in leadership positions on the boards of several professional associations and local nonprofits.

Mark resides in Carmel, Indiana, with his wife, Cara. They have two grown daughters.
