Cody Holland
Region V Director
Cody Holland joined AHEPA Senior Living as Region V Director in December 2022.
Cody is based in Mississippi and oversees ASL’s portfolio in Alabama (except for properties in Montgomery) and our Pensacola, Florida, community.
Cody has extensive experience in the affordable housing sector working with older adults and families, having served as a regional manager, district manager, and property manager for a national management company for eight years.
Cody also served as an information technology specialist in the Army for six years and as an auditor for his local tax office.
